What to expect
Our Threologists are independent contractors
Threologists carry their own insurance, supply their own equipment, and set their own hours. We provide training, collaboration sessions, and technology platforms, among other resources to ensure your success.
We don't provide a book of business
You must love business development to be a successful Threologist. While we will share referrals when we can, Threology does not guarantee leads.
You Are NOT an Employee
Our Threologists are 1099 independent contractors. Threologists get paid a commission when business is billed and collected.
Perfect for established HR pros
While there is a support system in place and other HR pros to collaborate with, this system works best for those who have several years of HR experience.
