SHRM-CP and PAFM certified, she has built HR departments, implemented HR and payroll technology, and guided organizations in compensation, benefits, and talent strategies. She is also a trusted facilitator and speaker, leading roundtables, strategy sessions, and conference discussions.

With 20+ years in office management and HR, Cecilia is the heartbeat of structure and service. Highly process-driven, she has successfully led operations across diverse industries including union, hospitality, and logistics. She’s known for anticipating challenges, streamlining workflows, and creating environments where teams can thrive.
