Amy Boston

Amy brings 20 years of HR experience across industries including professional services, public accounting, non-profits, and union environments. SHRM-CP and PAFM certified, she's built HR departments, implemented HR and payroll technology, and guided organizations in compensation, benefits, and talent strategies. She is a trusted facilitator and speaker, leading HR roundtables, strategy sessions, and conference discussions.

Jennifer Glowacki

Jennifer Glowacki is a Tampa Bay–based HR and business strategist with an MBA in Human Resource Management and a track record of building organizations from the ground up. She blends executive-level strategy with hands-on operational experience, having launched and scaled businesses across healthcare, insurance, and private-equity–backed environments, and she understands what it takes to execute in real time, with real people, real constraints, and real accountability. Jennifer specializes in conflict resolution, leadership coaching, HRIS automation, and performance management, using behavioral psychology, data-driven insights, and practical systems design to create clarity, accountability, and sustainable, people-centered growth.

Christel Counsil

With over 20 years of HR and QEHS experience in global organizations and startups, Christel brings a strong background in strategic HR leadership, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. She holds a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology and specializes in aligning talent strategy with business goals to drive performance and engagement. A certified professional coach and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Christel partners with leaders to build capability, strengthen accountability, and implement practical, people-centered HR systems that support sustainable growth.
