With credentials including the SHRM-CP and PAFM, Amy offers a deep well of knowledge and expertise to every project she undertakes. She has successfully built HR departments and implemented cutting-edge technology solutions for multiple organizations, showcasing her deep knowledge of HR systems and practices.
Her areas of focus include HR technology, compensation and benefits, and talent management. Amy has also worked in a union environment, so she has knowledge of the intricacies involved with running a successful business alongside the union.
Previously, Amy facilitated a monthly HR Roundtable for the BDO Alliance, where she led insightful discussions, offering support, guidance, and solutions to fellow HR professionals. She has served as a panel member at the BDO Alliance Engage Conference and has facilitated multiple strategy sessions for non-profits, small businesses, and partner retreats.
